So, I was thinking about introducing you guys to the language danish and what better way to do it than music? I present to you, two danish rap music videos. You might not get the content but it's fun to listen to.
L.O.C and the song: Få din flask' på. Get your bottle on...or something like that. I dunno how to translate it.
L.O.C, Jokeren and Niarn. The song is called Gravøl which can be translated as Wake
LOC and Jokeren are two of the "better" rappers that Denmark can boast about. Enjoy!

I don't have headphones at work so I can't watch the videos, but I used to listen to the pop group S.O.A.P a long time ago. I think they were Danish...

man, i remember back in the early 80s, i was hip hop when it was so UNcool to be into hip hop. the media said it wouldn't last. and here we are in 2007, and everybody and their brother is rapping in every language possible.

I am so jealous you can speak a lot of languages. Not really big on rap and r&b music but the first video actually sounds good to my ears. :)

i knew a guy who was half danish and half british... he look quite danish very tall, blue eyes and blonde hair. he went to model in japan.. kinda lost contact with him now lol. but anyway danish rap sounds cool!!
LOL, nicnic, I went to Japan with a bunch of friends for summer school and then we travelled around Japan for two weeks. One of my friends, well he's not great-looking but he is TALL, has blonde hair and blue eyes. Hence, there were several model scouts who stopped him on the streets.
Vianne Chiara, aaw, that's nothing. I know this guy who can speak 7 languages I can only speak 4. He is SICK! But definately! If you come to Europe you better make a stop in Denmark! =D
